Extra Information

We have the absolute pleasure in announcing the availability of this glorious 1935 Singer Le Mans Speed Special....

Lets start at the start and find out who and when?....
This wonderful car started life on the 26th of July 1935 and was registered new in Edinburgh. The car stayed with its owner for first 49 (yes forty nine !) years of its life. The second owner travelled from Northumberland north the border to collect it and took possession on the 15th of September 1984. The local gentleman engineer we sourced the car from took possession of the car on the 29th of September 2006 and began the cars restoration that you see so beautifully presented to you today.

The Quality of the restoration....
Lets start with the man who did it... Geoff is a wonderful chap with a fine eye for detail and cars from this era. After meeting him he takes us straight through to his workshop and introduces us to his static 27 litre McLaren marine diesel engine that is on display and in fine running order, so after hearing him talk with precision enthusiasm about this marine engine we already know we are about to see a very high quality pre war motor car. Shortly after the cover is taken from the car and the result as you can see from the pictures is simply stunning.
